• We ship our Products to addresses within New Zealand and Australia.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
• We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship your order within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

While the utmost care is taken to ensure the best possible ingredients are used in the creation of our dog treats, we cannot be certain your dog may or not be allergic and/or have a reaction to any of our Products. Therefore, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions your dog may experience after consuming our Products. You agree to consult a veterinarian if you have any concerns about your dog’s health.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety or effectiveness of our Products.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or Products. VIPets Ltd disclaims any liability and responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law for any claim, damage, injury or loss whatsoever caused as a result of VIPets Ltd’s acts or omissions.
