Refund and Returns Policy for the vipets barkery

We at the VIPets Barkery are committed to providing your furry friend with the healthiest and most delicious treats possible. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund for your purchase of the VIPets Barkery dog treats.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Unopened and Unaltered Products: You are eligible for a full refund if the dog treats are unopened, unused, and in their original, saleable condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used treats due to food safety regulations.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective dog treats, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Order Errors: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will happily send you the correct treats and arrange for the return of the incorrect ones at no cost to you.

Timeframe for Returns:

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund:

In your email or phone call, please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product(s).

Processing Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product(s). The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Please Note:

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective product, or an order error on our part.
