Every article is written from hands-on experience with real pets in real situations. Because when you’ve spent over a decade as Christchurch’s trusted pet care professional, you learn what truly works – and what pet parents really need to know.
Your pet’s happiness starts with understanding. Let’s explore together!
High-energy dogs thrive with structured morning and afternoon outings that provide comprehensive exercise and mental stimulation throughout the day. VIPets’ twice-daily service combines morning feeding with neighborhood walks plus afternoon adventure outings to parks, beaches, and trails – all for $50 per day, giving active breeds the premium care they deserve.
With most Christchurch catteries fully booked by October for Christmas 2025, professional in-home cat sitting offers reliable holiday care when traditional options aren’t available. VIPets provides Christmas Day visits from $20, allowing your cat to stay comfortable in familiar surroundings while you enjoy festive celebrations with complete peace of mind.
Many cats find staying in their familiar territory less stressful than adjusting to new environments during travel periods. Professional in-home cat sitting allows your feline friend to maintain their comfortable routines, favorite sleeping spots, and territorial security while receiving expert care from experienced Christchurch pet professionals.
When your dog is recovering from surgery or illness, they need specialised care that goes beyond standard pet services. Drawing from real experiences with two Jack Russell recoveries—one from cruciate surgery, another from stroke—VIPets provides professional post-surgical visits with veterinary coordination, gentle rehabilitation, and individual attention that supports healing while preventing setbacks.
Professional cat feeding services in Christchurch provide reliable care for independent felines who prefer quick, respectful visits over extended companionship. VIPets offers insured 15-minute drop-in visits from $20, perfect for shy cats who need essential care without overwhelming interaction during work days or holidays.
Senior dogs deserve specialised care that honours their changing needs while maintaining dignity and joy. VIPets provides expert one-on-one walks designed around arthritis, mobility issues, and cognitive changes, helping Christchurch’s mature dogs stay active and comfortable throughout their golden years with professional health-focused attention.
