Dogs can be more complex in their care requirements, so we'll need a bit more information from you via our booking form. You'll receive your welcome document right away, but we'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking and discuss your dog's specific needs. For cats and small animals with straightforward needs, you can often start service right away. We’ll arrange a meet-and-greet before your first visit.

How far in advance should I book a dog walker or pet sitter?

For regular weekly dog walking, you can usually book 1-2 weeks in advance. For pet sitting during holidays or busy periods, we recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead. Christmas and summer holidays fill especially fast and should be booked 8-10 weeks in advance for best availability.
