About the vipets barkery

Hello! My name is Lesley, and I run the VIPets Barkery (formerly VIPets Dog Walking and Pet Sitting). It’s nice to virtually meet you!!

10 years ago, my body started to warn me that sitting inside running my business designing websites beside the pantry all day, wasn’t doing me any favours! I decided it was now or never to start my heart business, embracing fun, sunshine and movement while playing outside with dogs. It sounded as close as it gets to heaven for me! 

During this time, I also welcomed a major lifestyle change that focused on whole, organic, plant-based foods. This journey has not only helped to keep my health on track, but also opened my eyes to the incredible power of natural nutrition.

Witnessing the impact of an organic, whole-food, plant-based diet firsthand, I realised how much our dear friends could benefit from similar ideals. This inspired me to share the power of these principles with the dear friends I cared for so much. So, I started making them delicious treats using fresh, whole foods.

I still run my dog adventures, but I have scaled back how many outings we enjoy each week to focus on my health and that of the dogs already in my care. With the power of the Internet, I hope to share the benefits with your furry family as well. My mission is to create delicious treats that fuel your dear friend’s adventures, all while using nutritious ingredients you can feel happy about sharing with them.
